Throughout February, we've been working hard to improve the Aidlab app, making health tracking simpler and more enjoyable. We've enhanced our Programs feature, allowing researchers and trainers to create advanced programs with detailed questionnaires, guided breathing exercises, and rich descriptions. We've also made the Summary view fully customizable to match your preferences, with all adjustments syncing immediately to your Dashboard. Additionally, our improved AI model now offers clearer insights and more precise analysis of your data, helping you optimize training routines, boost recovery, and enhance everyday wellness.
We've significantly enhanced the mobile app's stability and performance. The app now features improved HealthKit integration for seamless data synchronization with Apple Health, along with new interactive charts for better data visualization. We've also optimized background location tracking to use less battery while providing more accurate route tracking during workouts.
Introducing two powerful new components to enhance your health monitoring: the Body Position component for detailed sleep analysis (tracking prone, supine, left side, and right side positions) and the Autonomic Balance component for monitoring parasympathetic and sympathetic activity. We've also optimized report generation - PDFs now generate faster and are more compact while maintaining quality.
