Automatic bodyweight exercise counting

Aidlab automatically counts push-ups, sit-ups, squats, burpees, planks, and more. In this article you'll learn how create your own training set, check your progress over time, and let Aidlab be your personal fitness assistant.

How to start

  1. Open the Aidlab app and go to the Home tab.
  2. Scroll down to Training plans — you’ll find your saved Bodyweight Workouts there.
  3. Tap Create plan to add a new workout.
  4. Add as many steps as you need.
  5. Name your workout plan and save it.
  6. Open the workout to review the sequence. When you start training, Aidlab will automatically track all your reps if the device is paired.

If you’re not paired with Aidlab, you can manually slide through your rep sets during the workout.

Each completed workout is automatically logged in the app, showing duration, intensity, and effort trends over time. This lets you see clear improvements in performance and consistency without needing any manual input.

Accuracy during workouts

Aidlab is worn on the chest, which ensures a stable and consistent position throughout your workout. Thanks to its chest strap design and dry electrodes, the device maintains reliable skin contact even during intense movement.
