Aidlab does not turn on

If Aidlab's diode does not blink, Aidlab doesn't respond when you connect it to your phone, or becomes stuck when you turn it on, do the following:

1. Plug in Aidlab and let it charge for up to one hour.
2. Turn the Aidlab on.

If Aidlab still won't turn on or start up

While your Aidlab is disconnected, force it to restart. The process is different depending on the version of your Aidlab:

Aidlab 2.1

1. Press the power button.
2. Don't release the button. Keep holding until you see a purple (or yellow) diode.
3. Release the button.
4. Wait until you see green diode.

Aidlab 2.2

1. Press the power button.
2. Don't release the button. Keep holding for 7-8 seconds. The diode should change from blue to purple.
3. Press the power button four times rapidly. The diode should be white at this point.
4. After a few minutes, the diode should turn green and start to pulsate. Now you should be able to use Aidlab properly.
