Hardware Engineer

Mid/senior hardware role for someone who can take low-power wearable electronics from design to documentation and supplier handoff.

Gdansk, Poland

This is a mid/senior engineering position based in Gdansk, Poland.

You will help build next-generation wearable hardware and work on electronics that need to be robust, low power, and ready for production.

The role fits someone with strong Altium or KiCad experience, familiarity with low-power ARM-based circuits, and a good understanding of clean power design, documentation, and supplier communication.

What you will do

  • Design circuits and validate them in real hardware.
  • Prepare solid technical documentation for production and compliance work.
  • Stay current with relevant components and embedded hardware technologies.
  • Support EMC and CE/FCC readiness.
  • Improve product quality and help reduce material cost where it makes sense.

What we need from you

  • Strong experience with Altium or KiCad.
  • Experience designing low-power ARM-based electronics.
  • Practical understanding of low-noise power supplies.
  • Comfort working with suppliers and manufacturing partners.
  • Good judgment around reliability, documentation, and quality.
