Hardware Engineer

This is a mid/senior engineering position based in Gdansk, Poland.

Do you want to be involved in building next-gen hardware that will run the most advanced wearable assistant? If you have bags of enthusiasm and family-sized suitcases of expertise then don't hesitate to join our team.

The role would suit somebody with superb Altium or KiCad experience, familiarity with designing low-power ARM-based circuits, and extensive experience of noise-free power supplies. The role will also require to work closely with suppliers, and creating documentation.

To be a perfect candidate you need to:

  • Design circuits and test them.
  • Document your work.
  • Be aware of current and new technologies.
  • Be familiar with EMC and CE/FCC standards.
  • Drive product quality improvement and implement material cost saving projects.

Senior Machine Learning Engineer

This is a senior position based in Gdansk, Poland.

Be part of the engineering team responsible for delivering next-generation health-related technologies. Our team directly contributes to the development of ML algorithms across all of Aidlab's products. Specifically, there will be a strong focus on data collection for Sleep Apnea, ECG, and Snoring Detector model evaluation and improvement. In this role, you will be tasked with building mission-critical ML algorithms and to analyze end to end metrics indicating the efficiency of the data collection programs.

Recently we have secured fundings for developing Aidmed, a health tracker for physicians and their patients. We are looking for an enthusiastic, and self-directed ML engineer to improve Aidmed's products.

You’ll work also alongside Research Scientists and Senior Engineers to bring their ideas to life by implementing algorithms, running experiments and building prototypes.

To be a perfect candidate you need to have:

  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages including but not limited to C/C++ or Python.
  • Experience with linear algebra, calculus, and statistics.
  • Experience training and applying Machine Learning models (e.g., Support Vector Machines, Neural Networks).

Lead Marketer

This is a mid/senior position based in Gdansk, Poland.

We are seeking a marketer to lead our go-to-market strategy for Aidmed, one of our newest and most exciting offerings.

Recently we have secured fundings for developing Aidmed, a health tracker dedicated for physicians and their patients. We are looking for an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, and self-directed marketer to define and drive Aidmed's go-to-market strategy, messaging and positioning. You will lead all cross-channel marketing initiatives to increase awareness, consideration, and adoption of Aidmed. You will closely partner with cross-functional leaders, including Product, Sales and Sales Operations, to explore and define pricing and packaging, sales motions, and other critical strategic initiatives. You're passionate about defining, influencing, and driving strategy for new businesses, products, and market segments.

You thrive in a start-up environment and can navigate ambiguity with aplomb. We need a highly motivated self-starter who is able to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.   • 4+ years of relevant and substantial experience in product marketing, strategy, or growth marketing.

Quality Engineer

This is a mid/senior position based in Gdansk, Poland.

Recently we have secured fundings for developing Aidmed, a health tracker for physicians and their patients. We are looking for an enthusiastic, and self-directed quality engineer to improve Aidmed's products.

You will be collaborating with multi-functional teams such as the data engineering, data science, and QE teams to test, validate, and monitor data platforms and the data flowing through them. To do that, you will need to design, develop, and maintain/own software services and frameworks. Your work will have a direct and essential impact to future Aidmed products.

To be a perfect candidate you need to have:

  • 1+ years of software programming/data-engineering/data-science experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills – a nimble, forward-thinking, and adaptive teammate.
  • Good software testing discipline (unit testing all features developed).
