We are introducing two new health components — Body Position and Autonomic Balance — for deeper insight into sleep and recovery.
Smarter Location Tracking
We’ve optimized how Aidlab handles location tracking during workouts:
- It now uses less battery when running in the background,
- While capturing routes more frequently and accurately.
This means you can train longer and still get detailed route data — without worrying about draining your phone.
Faster, Lighter PDF Reports
Exporting reports is now quicker and more efficient.
We reduced file sizes and improved the generation speed, so you can share or save your session data without waiting.
Lighter PDFs also make archiving or sending results much easier.
Explore Our Mobile App
Your Aidlab app continues to evolve — with more insightful metrics and better performance.
This month, we’ve added two new components that expand how you monitor your body and recovery.
Body Position Component
Monitoring your body position is key for understanding and improving sleep quality.
The chart displays four main positions:
- Prone,
- Supine,
- Left side,
- Right side.
Now you can clearly see how often and when you change position during the night.

Autonomic Balance Component
Autonomic balance represents the relationship between the sympathetic (“fight or flight”) and parasympathetic (“rest and digest”) branches of your nervous system.
It helps you:
- find the right balance between rest and exertion,
- optimize recovery,
- and tailor your training plans more effectively.

Small Changes, Big Difference
These updates make Aidlab more energy-efficient, faster, and insightful.
Whether you’re tracking workouts, analyzing sleep, or monitoring stress — January’s improvements make it easier to stay connected to what matters most: your health.
