Aidlab 2 got wet during use

Aidlab 2 has an IPX5 water-resistance rating. It is not designed for swimming, diving or immersion.

If the device or connector is wet

  1. Remove the device from the water and take it off.
  2. Do not connect the USB-C cable while the connector is wet.
  3. Turn the device off and let it dry in a dry, ventilated place away from heat sources.
  4. If it was submerged, behaves unusually or does not turn on, contact support before using or charging it again.
