Tracking fitness activities

Aidlab can track some of your workouts automatically. Continue reading if you want to log your workout manually.

Start a workout

  1. Open the Aidlab app then go to the Home tab and press Workouts.

  1. Find the workout that best matches what you're doing.

  1. Press Start whenever you are ready.

To set alarms depending on your desired workout goal, tap the Goal in the top-right corner.

Manually log exercises

If you forgot to wear your Aidlab or you want to record an activity that isn't detected automatically, manually log the exercise in the Aidlab app.

  1. On the Exercise tab, tap the icon.
  2. Select Add.
  3. Enter the activity details, and tap Add.

Track bodyweight exercises

Aidlab understands very different bodyweight exercises, like push-ups, sit-ups, squats, jumps, and burpees. The variety of exercises analyzed by Aidlab is growing consistently, so Aidlab will be learning more about your movements when you train using it.
