Aidlab can track some of your workouts automatically. Continue reading if you want to log your workout manually.
Start a workout
- Open the Aidlab app and press + in the top-right corner.
- Press Workout and find the workout that best matches what you're doing.
- Press Start Training whenever you are ready.
To set alarms depending on your desired workout goal, tap the next in the top-right corner.
Track bodyweight exercises
Aidlab understands very different bodyweight exercises, like push-ups, sit-ups, squats, jumps, and burpees. The variety of exercises analyzed by Aidlab is growing consistently, so Aidlab will be learning more about your movements when you train using it.
