The Aidlab pulsoximeter measures blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) and pulse from your finger.
Before you start
- Charge or insert the batteries according to the device instructions.
- Make sure your finger is warm, clean, and dry.
- Sit still for a moment before taking a reading.
Taking a measurement
- Open the clip and place one finger inside the pulsoximeter.
- Keep your hand relaxed and avoid moving during the measurement.
- Wait until the SpO2 and pulse values stabilize.
- Save or note the result if you want to compare it later.
Tips for reliable readings
- Remove nail polish or artificial nails if readings are unstable.
- Avoid measuring immediately after intense exercise.
- Repeat the measurement if the value changes quickly or looks unusual.
