Connecting with Apple Health

Updated onApril 12, 2025

Aidlab integrates seamlessly with Apple Health, allowing you to view your activity data directly within the Aidlab iOS app. This integration enhances your ability to monitor your health by consolidating data from different sources in one place.

How It Works

Once you enable integration with Apple Health in the Aidlab iOS app settings, the app can access and display your activity data, such as steps, calories burned, and workouts, recorded by your Apple device.

Important Information

  • One-Way Integration: Data from Apple Health is read-only and is displayed exclusively in the Aidlab iOS app. These data are not uploaded to the Aidlab cloud or stored on our servers.
  • Your Apple Health data remains private and secure, as it is only used for visualization within the app.

Setting Up Integration

  1. Open the Aidlab app on your iPhone.
  2. Navigate to Settings, Permissions, and select Health.
  3. Allow the Aidlab app to read activity data from Apple Health.
  4. Once connected, you can view your activity metrics within the app.
