With Aidlab, you can record ECG data to review the electrical activity of your heart.
Aidlab continuously monitors ECG in the background whenever you wear it. The signal is automatically filtered, and low-quality segments caused by intense movement or excessive noise are discarded. ECG analysis works only at rest, so it does not work during movement, during workouts, or for a short period after training.
Open the Aidlab app and log in to your account.
Pair with your Aidlab if you haven't already.
Go to the Dashboard tab and tap the button in the top-right corner.
Add the Electrocardiogram component to your dashboard.

ECG (or EKG) measures the electrical signals that control your heartbeats. Aidlab records these signals and presents them as a graph, which can help review heart rhythm patterns.
ECG is also the basis for several other Aidlab metrics. We use it to calculate heart rate, RR intervals, and Heart Rate Variability (HRV). This makes one signal useful for understanding heart rhythm, body load, recovery, and response to training.
